Discover the Many Benefits of Yoga

Yoga Classes - Open to women of all levels, including beginners.

Classical yoga in the Iyengar tradition is taught. Students work at their own pace, following clear instruction from our experienced teacher, Jo Woolley. The focus is on developing correct alignment, greater flexibility, increased mobility, strength and mindfulness.

Come and try a class and discover for yourself the many benefits of yoga for body and mind. Five classes per week to choose from.

Start by enjoying a 1-hour personal guided house tour. Your guide will then introduce the rules of croquet. Over the remaining hour have fun playing a game while enjoying a cup of tea or coffee served on the lawn.
